Our coaches and fitness instructors’ training keeps your heart rate up throughout the entire workout to reach your fat-burning metabolic threshold, keeps the tempo to 160 BMP music, and ensures each of our members gets the max out of their training. Our instructors also coach you throughout the workout to push yourselves to be the best you can be! To coach you not to quite yourself. And to train you to overcome quitting with strengthen your mind over body! You have a choice to finish each workout strong!

Yes, but you have a mindset not to quite! All beginners will take an introduction class to learn the circuit changing station’s technique, form, and system.
What should I Bring To The Class
Each workout class you should wear workout clothes and workout shoes.
You should bring boxing gloves, wraps and hydrating beverage.
Is It Suitable To Any Age?
All classes and boxing training is for youth in the community. The youngest age allowed to attend class is ten years old.
