Here at Arciniega Boxing, we teach our class with High intensity. Our coaches and fitness instructors’ training keeps your heart rate up throughout the entire workout to reach your fat-burning metabolic threshold, keeps the tempo to 160 BMP music, and ensures each of our members gets the max out of their training.
